After three days of bad headaches, fatigue and congestion, those are mostly gone. Today, it seems the congestion is moving down into my throat, and it is scratchy. I feel better, but a little worn out.

That sounds like a real pain-in-the-ass that you went through this past week ...... but again, I'd rather see you have a nagging sickness than to be hooked up to a ventilator. The former is a pesky inconvenience, the latter is a life-threatening scenario.
