Minshew's comment is spot on....he can be great and it won't affect AR in the least, AR can be great and it doesn't affect Minshew...Minshew knows his role and he seems very happy to play it and I think he actually looks forward to handing it off to Anthony when the time comes!
I was surprised to learn this was only Minshew's 5th season...for some reason I thought he had been around longer than that!
