My biggest concern is I don't think a quarterback as immobile as Eason seems to be can consistently win in this NFL.

Eason's pocket presence needs a lot of work. He processes a little slow and I think that speeds up with playing time and experience. But when he has time and sees the target he can nail the pass.

So basically he is a project. Has the tools, needs experience and development.
