He was as fast at the end as he was at the beginning. He had a sack late I believe

If he had a sack he sure didn't get credit for it.... He did have two tackles and one for a loss.... Just keep seeing mixed reviews about him. I keep hoping he turns it on though.

Eason is going to be fine. Everyone seems to forget the guy has played in about half the number of games as Ehrlinger. He is still a very very inexperienced player. Everyone here knows that inexperience shows up as many things, but mainly inconsistency. He is still learning. While it matters, to me the big takeaway was that Paye has the ability to be a beast and Banagu is playing so much better than last year. We are going to be rooting for a defensive powerhouse. This team has the makings of the best defensive units I've ever rooted for, and I've been following these clowns for 58 years.

The QBs did not look good this game. Eason needs experience. He lacks touch on his throws, it’s 100 mph every throw. He missed the open man at times, but pressure was on him a lot. Someone compared him to wild thing in Major League and I think that is spot on. Potential is there, just need a lot of seasoning.
The DEs looked pretty good this game. Paye was held A LOT. Going to have to learn that chop move. They were holding his jersey like crazy. Could have called it every other play. Patmon looked good. I like him in the open field, if they can get him the ball. I worry about this offenses ability to move the ball. Hope Wentz will bring some stability and consistency. But he isn’t known for his accuracy. Going to lean on the defense a lot this year. |

I heard Paye sucked. Or will suck. At least according to NostraDamus.
You should be pissed off about Paye. He sucks. He's straight up athletic traits with no idea how to play DE, and he's not even the best player in this draft in that category. |

It seemed to me the offense can actually move the ball.... They just need to fix the red zone as well as receivers not holding on to the ball. Two tipped up for interceptions. Add in O line health bad our RBs getting more in the mix and they will be fine on the Offensive side.

Just 2 games and it is just preseason but Colts are averaging 350 yards per game to the opponents 250 yards a game. I think this will continue to improve as the health of the team continues. Glad our coaches are not rushing to play some guys in these meaningless games. Leonard, Taylor, Buckner etc. We know they will show up when the season starts. Colts are going to be a tough out each and every week.
