For those already down on Ballard, remember that this year's draft was also done with Grigson's scouting team. Ballard didn't have time to bring in his own guys and scout everyone, so he used the info from Grigson's team for this draft. Next year we'll see what he does with his team.

that doesn't mean we cant be critical of him. he seriously might have made this the worst team in the league. |

So you expect a new GM to fix what a terrible GM did in four years in one season? Consider the Colts in rebuild mode.

I take that back. He did it twice. Once after Jim told the team not to do it. Then he was released

The problem with bringing in Kaepernick is that we'd have to completely revamp our offensive scheme to match his skill set and then would have to switch back once Luck is back. Our coaches aren't even capable of installing 1 effective system much less 2.

The defense is all on Ballard. No one can blame the D on Grigson. 11 new starters. The only one that was here last yr is Green. A Pagano guy playing out of position

I don't particularly want to get into the flag standing/sitting debate (especially today), but I have to roll my eyes at a guy who had no trouble endangering the lives of others take the moral high (no pun intended) ground on something that doesn't harm others.
