The ball was not moving before he hit the ground.

I saw the ball move after it hit the ground, but it moved minimally and he had his arm tucked underneath it. And in that case, the referees will deem that he had control of the ball and that it was a catch.

Also, AR has to be better than 9-19 passing.

I realize a couple of those were because guys slipped on the field but he was way off on a couple throws.

He has to be better.

On the plus side, he did finish the game.

Yes, I really wish that you had come up with a better title, because it had no impact on the game ...... the Colts would still be 0-1, but all of us ColtFreaks posters would have had bragging rights about having had an awesome thread title for the loss.
