Steichen just like Reich gets way to cute sometimes with the play calls.

There's a lot of blame to go around, but this series bothered me so much. Second and 1, I said to my fellow fan, play action and take a shot deep. If it fails, then on 3rd just do a QB sneak, the worst would be 4th and inches. Instead, they run, no gain, then a wish bone play where AR does not draw the tackler to him before pitching it out and they lose 3 yards. Then, the shanked FG. All of these plays were called by Steichen.

He regressed in this game. Everything was high or a bullet, he predetermined his target on the second INT, and he made a mistake every time the offense started to build momentum, other than the second to last drive. This is concerning. He is 22, so there's still some hope, but he needs to learn fast.

The Ravens and the Raiders are both in the AFC.

It's not as relevant as games of division rivals such as the Texans, the Jaguars, or the Titans, but all AFC games are relevant to the Colts.
