Seems there will be a lot of teams in that boat. Maybe three AFC teams belong in the playoffs, and three or four NFC teams. Parity is finally here, and it makes for some very flawed playoff teams.

Perhaps true. But they will send seven in the AFC, and I'm not sure there are seven more deserving either. Houston? No. Cincinnati? Not really. Pittsburgh? Absolutely not. Vegas? We'll see today.
