This is such grade school gossip BS.
A whole lot not to care about or worry about here. He felt more comfortable with the Bears......great, go with them. We need a coach, not a team counselor. |

This is such a non-story. All I read was that Childress said Nagy felt more comfortable with the people in Chicago. That doesn't mean he was uncomfortable by the Indy FO, it just means there was something that clicked in Chicago that made him think it was a better fit for him.

I agree this should be a non story but the more I hear it seems to be a Childress story vs a Nagy story. I heard today that Childress' son is a Colts employee (don't know in what capacity). This feels like a bitchy Childress shot at Ballard for some reason.......as many have said there's a perfectly logical explanation for why Nagy took the Bears job.

Kyle Childress is listed as the Colts Counting coordinator. |

This is only a thing because there is nothing else to talk about. I think it's being blown a little out of proportion, but oh well. I think we will get the right guy.

From your link I see he's a scouting coordinator AND a Ballard hire. Maybe daddy Childress is pissed that HE isn't on Ballard's short list. |
