He has to stop with the high throws. That ball being high is the reason it was picked instead of incomplete. His accuracy has never been as bad as it's been today. I think that whole sequence was technically correct.

I don't know why HOU would run a play, even if the clock was stopped.

Also, how the fuck did Nico Collins not get pulled after that catch? He's wincing in pain, hunched over, and grabbing his helmet while shocking the cobwebs.
