Default Manning works out with Donks

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/D...orkouts-041612

And, they signed Stoke to a 1 year deal.

LOL from Champ Bailey:

Bailey said he puts Manning at the top of the QB list because of the ''way he breaks down a defense and pretty much tell you what you're in and half the guys on defense don't even know what we're doing. It's sad but true. You try to trick him as much as possible, but for some reason, somebody always tips him and he knows, he just knows.''

Stokley and Tamme being there is going to make me a little more comfortable watching the team. Some familiar faces.

With all due respect Zig, **** the Broncos. Stokley, Tamme, even Peyton are no longer Colts, so I don't give a **** about them at all. Once Peyton left the Colts, it is like he died or retired. I loved Peyton as a Colt, I don't give a **** about him as a Bronco.

I understand why you feel that way- no problem with it at all.

We just happen to feel differently. I'm a Colts fan first, but I'm also not ready to say goodbye to favorite all-time athlete. I'll root for him- when he's not playing against The Colts- til the day he retires. I'll root for all the former Colts from last decade's team to do well. Pretty much all the guys in my signature. I am still only a fan of one team, but henceforth I'll treat the Broncos like I've treated the Giants for 8 seasons- I'll root for them (and more specifically, their quarterback) to do well when it doesn't interfere with The Colts.

Every year when the playoffs arrive, I root for the Colts unless or until they are not in them. After that, I select another team to pull for, and as I watch each game thereafter, I'm rooting for one team or the other. When one of the teams is the pats, I am always a fan of the other team. You cannot just shut down unless you're not really a football fan and only a Colts fan. Peyton Manning brought this team back to life when he played here. Before he arrived, they were pretty much a joke for a long time with an occasional playoff appearance. Now that he's gone, I expect a few years of non playoff appearances and the Broncos will be a contender. There's room for this fan to pull for Manning without being disloyal to a rebuilding Colts team. And that's what I intend to do.

If he is dead, he was murdered. Metaphorically speaking.

My advice to you is to stay out of this forum. I surmise that those who do not participate in this forum are in the boat described by you. Those that DO respond and take part, by definition, are really NOT in that boat.

Fair enough Zig. I do admit, my dislike of anything Broncos has me a bit frustrated.

You are right Ban, my bad. My apologies to you all. My source of frustration is that I have always disliked the Broncos. I puked numerous times when he signed with the Broncos. I will respect your wishes and stay out of this forum, and I don't say that sarcastically. I will always be grateful for what Manning did in his time as a Colt and I will always be a fan of his, but realistically I cannot root for a team that I have despised ever since I can remember, but that's beside the point. Carry on boys, I won't interfere here again.

Nice post. Not necessarily my wishes that you stay away.

I don't like the Pats, but it doesn't go so far that it would cause me to puke in reaction to any unseemly good fortune they may benefit from.
