Just got done watching some film on the RBs listed here. I'll list in order that they stood out on tape:
1. Alley Broussard - this kid REALLY sticks out on game film. It looks like he might have made a big mistake transferring to LSU - he had a subpar senior season and will probably be a mid-to-late round pick as a result. Broussard runs with a tremendous amount of power, his style seems vaguely reminiscent of Dallas RB Marion Barber. In Addai's LSU footage, I noticed he relied mostly on crafty moves, agility and balance to break runs. Broussard just trucks guys and throws them to the ground. It's hard not to think that he and Addai would be a great RB duo (plus, they already played as a tandem at LSU.) 2. Justin Beaver - I don't even know if Beaver necessarily projects as a HB, but he has a tremendous amount of athleticism. Beaver makes very good decisions, finds open running lanes and has a second gear that DBs just can't combat. Has some shiftiness, but his straight-ahead burst is what is most impressive. Great leadership ability, led his team to the DIII national championship and won it. 3. Jalen Parmele - I don't think Parmele will see much action as a HB in the NFL, but he has electrifying return skills. A lot of his college tape resembles Hester's tape from Miami FL. I think NFL defenders neutralize him as a back, but he has the ability to give special teams units fits. Not the best returner in the draft (toss-up between Jackson and Royal probably), but will probably get a look at the spot in someone's camp.
