I think this guy if FOS and a snake oil salesman. Trying to figure out what another person thinks is nuts, just talk to those of us who have been married for over 40 years. You can never ever tell someone’s character until it is truly tested. Decker has convinced people he can. That it is 100% bullshit isn’t shown just by how much character the last few Colts teams have had as opposed to the rest of the league, but the fact that the league isn’t filled with people like Decker in charge of finding ‘good’ boys. Frank apparently believes in him. I actually look at the all time greats and a ton of them were not what I would call high character men. I am happy the dude is on someone else’s team.
