Yeah not sure how they could let him walk now. Very concerned about the pash rush for next year. They must have a lot of confidence in Turay.

I’m sure they have a plan, must like the depth a Tackle and pass rusher in the draft

I like it that whoever they draft will have Nelson and Buckner to lean on in those position groups

They are pretty much forced to draft those two positions now.

I agree with chrome, it depends on who is there at 21. Since LT is supposed to be so deep, if there is a DE they love at 21 then they take LT with second pic.

Maybe they trade back from 21 to pick up an extra 2 or 3 and grab their LT with their first pick.

Maybe they take someone at 21, the move up in the second

Lots of options.

I’m just saying LT is an every down guy needed right now, you can get a situational pass rusher later. Not having a pass rush lost us a playoff game, missing Castanzo costed us a few regular season games this year

And while neither have shined yet, the Colts do have Turay and Banogu on the roster. The team has options at DE.

The team has zero options at LT if we don't draft a good kid. Signing a vet for a season becomes the only option.

Yeah, every tackle and QB are really worried about those two!

We aren’t going anywhere until the pass rush improves.

You can draft a situational guy in any round, or bring in a “pass rush specialist “ vet. LT is more important right now

LT they will obviously use one of the top two picks on a rookie. That will be the likely starter. Or Nelson/Smith and the rookie is a replacement at their position. You can get by with a rookie if he is competent.

Pass rush you can’t throw a rookie at and just improve. And good pass rush prospects go early. There is no situational guy left that is going to move the needle. Resigning Houston is not going to fix it. It’s been one of the biggest reasons we are not winning more games and progressing in the playoffs. It is holding this defense back. This defense faded down the stretch and QBR went up the more the season progressed.
