Good for him, I’m not mad at him as fans we just gotta understand the reckless style that is the most fun to watch just isn’t sustainable. Which is why guys like Bob Sanders, Andrew Luck, and now Darius Leonard just can’t hold up. In my opinion their style of play is everything that football is about, giving everything you have every play and every game literally laying your body on the line for your teammates and the fans of that team.
So I’m not mad at any of these 3 guys in fact I admire and appreciate everything they gave to me as a fan because there’s nothing I love more than a kamikazze style football player! Tip of the cap to you Mr Luck, your an intelligent guy and you’ll probably be very successful |

Like Darius Leonard? When he attempted to play again after back surgery all of us here at coltfreaks could tell he was done… I’m sure the organization told him as well… yet he didn’t wanna believe it and look how his career disintegrated. Luck gave it his all when he was out there, it’s not his fault the organization hasn’t been able to replace him after all these years |

Having the professionalism to work with the team so they could prepare for his void as best as possible.
He let the team know he was not going to be their QB 12 days before the start of a fucking NFL season. Grocery clerks generally are asked to provide a 2 week courtesy to their employer for Fucks sake. He didn't figure out he could no longer be the QB on August 24th. Probably knew it after the final horn of the prior season but completely FUCKED this organization with his selfish timing. Fuck that dude! |

This says so much about you, none of it good.
I hope Luck does well at this. |

Fuck Andrew Luck. Fuck Shane Steichen. Fuck Chris Ballard. Fuck Gus Bradley. Fuck Jim Irsay. I have no problem with homosexuality, but your desire to fuck anybody and everybody who ever had anything to do with the Indianapolis Colts is rather peculiar. o

Retiring the way he did surely leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Without question, he was hurt; maybe he needed some time away to heal body and mind.
But simply retiring because football was no longer fun marked him as a dilettante. It told us that he didn’t have the fire, the zeal, the innate drive to compete and succeed that are the mark of greatness. Simply put, he was a dabbler whose innate skill and intellect allowed him to excel. He was a rare talent who could elevate everyone around him. With him in the saddle, a bad team became a playoff contender. A good team might have won a championship, and with an elite supporting cast, he might have forged a dynasty. As it played out, he took the money, bailed on the Colts, stayed home until he got bored, then signed up for a job for which he has no visible qualification save for his name. |
