Agreed. Have you guys heard about Eberflus "loaf" board? His staff grades every player on every play in the game and assigns a %. If they loaf at all in any play they get scored down and the scores are posted in the locker room for all to see. Pags just preached accountability but Frank and co. Are actually practicing it.
