There is for sure some give and take on how many of each offensive speciality position they run. I could see some folks less there to beef up the lines.

But a QB3 on the roster will not happen, I don't think. In both 2016 and 2017, the Eagles carried 2 QBs on their active roster and 1 on their practice squad. I expect the same to happen with Indy going forward.
