Lol, my first thought was WTF is a counting coordinator before I realized it was a typo.....I thought maybe they hired someone to help Chuckles count his time outs, challenges and other complex things that seemed to perplex him on game day.

From your link I see he's a scouting coordinator AND a Ballard hire. Maybe daddy Childress is pissed that HE isn't on Ballard's short list.
