It's funny that this year, Ballard went from a total POS to a brilliant GM when the team was 7 and 1 and then back to being a POS now. I guess the same could be said of Steichen. We fans got way too big for our britches when Jones and the Colts were doing so well. Then it's back to Ballard and Steichen are dumb SOBs. This team was never as good as their 7 and 1 record led us to believe, and IMO they are not as bad as their 1 and 4 record lately. They're the 2025 Colts and 9 and 7 or 8 and 8 is what they've always been.

If you believe that if not for injuries, this team would be 10 and 3 or even better right now, then you can't think Ballard and Steichen are done. If you believe the first half had more to do with weak opponents and an unexpected good performance by a middle of the road QB, then you might feel that Ballard and Steichen are history.
