In my rat's ass of an opinion, the Colts need 3 things to increase their chances of being a bona-fide AFC championship contender ......


1) l A new head coach.

2) l A new defensive coordinator.

3) l Anthony Richardson to evolve into a solid quarterback.



If all of that happens, then Chris Ballard may still have some life in Indianapolis.
