Not saying this to brag, but a lot of us thought Frank was the issue, and removing him would show that Ballard was doing it right, but Frank was screwing it all up. The team was a preseason favorite, based on the roster, and then Frank put a wet blanket on it, along with Ryan. now that we have a competent coach, and two competent QBs, we look much better.
