I’ll take the most explosive guy the one that hasn’t even scratched the surface of potential and happens to be the youngest, biggest, and fastest

I want to trade back into the 10-15 region and then pick up one of the QB's who i think we still be available, potentially Richardson or Levis.

1) Young
2) Stroud
3) Richardson
4) Levis

Realistically, Richardson. If the Colts can trade up to #3 giving up not a lot (like a 3rd round pick or a future second or something) to get Richardson, I'm all on board.

That said, I'm not going to be upset with any of them. They all have their strengths and flaws, and I can see myself drinking the kool aid for whoever gets picked. Levis would be the most underwhelming, but I can see the potential there.

One thing I will say, even though I'm not down on Levis or anything, but if the Colts draft him over Richardson and Stroud (if both are there obviously), I'll be a little irritated.

While I think we go with either Stroud if he's still there or Richardson, I won't be disappointed if we draft Levis. How I see it is that if we draft either Levis or Richardson we're getting a QB with a high ceiling and one who Ballard, Steichen, Jim Bob, etc. have analyzed to death and are confident that they can fix their deficiencies.
