His size is a concern, but he's about the only QB I'd want to see the Colts trade up for. Other than his size, which again I'll admit is a big concern, he checks nearly every box for a solid to great QB. And his elusiveness and the trend of the NFL doing everything they can to protect the QB helps in the size aspect.
All that being said, I'm also perfectly fine with the Colts sitting on the 4th pick and drafting any of Young/Stroud/Richardson/Levis, or trading up to the 3 pick and not giving up the farm to do so if they really like any of the 2-3 left over at 3.
