Don't think there is any question. His play calling / personnel package / game management is pitiful. I really don't know what he brings that is favorable.

Odd too, because when he first started and it was clear we had a bad ass Oline that would just rough you up, that's what he did, and we looked like we were headed toward something. Somewhere along the line the dude clearly started believing HE was the root of the success. There is no success now dumbass!

If the Colt's have any aspirations of winning " multiple Lombardi's " that the owner is expecting, then that is a question that should be asked !! I have a hard time believing that Irsay is content with what is happening, especially on game day !!!
