He does catch the ball. I'm sure that he was tendered as an insurance policy because of just that. But, I would still like to see an upgrade there. I hope Ballard does as well.

Rogers got better by the end of the year. But man did he have some awful drops. I'm ok with him as a WR 5.

I think the discussion is about his return ability. But yes, he needs to move down the depth chart as a WR,

Catching an honest to god NFL punt is harder than people might think. And the Colts have had a few back there that made any kind of kick return a religious experiance as in, "JESUS CHRIST, just catch the ####ing ball!!!"
