1. Hope everyone is safe.

2. Is it weird that I've lived in Indiana my whole life and never really encountered extreme weather? 30+ years. All I can think of is one day where they held us after school in elementary school because there was a small tornado relatively nearby, and one day where school was canceled because floodwaters actually made my neighborhood (and other neighborhoods) an island inaccessible by any city access roads. Wanna say that was maybe a Gulf hurricane that became a tropical storm over the Midwest?

Other than that, never really been a tornado in my immediate area, and what ones were at least in the same county prompting warnings were mostly F1 or below. Obviously no hurricanes in Indiana. Hell, even the blizzards here in the last 30 years have failed to compare to '78.
