Absolutely. When your sorry ass offense can only muster 6 points in 3 quarters it's time to pull out all the stops.
To be fair, every time the Colts offense has started to do anything, the refs have been there with a timely flag to take it away. Alec Pierce was dumb to not continue running his route, but he did not commit OPI. That is one of MANY examples of the refs taking offense away from the Colts today.
