But the overall outlook is just different. It just feels different- Steichen appears to coach from a position of aggression and simple execution- put our guys in positions where all they have to do is their job and things are are going to be good. Frank always seemed to be trying to out think the opposition, overly complicating seemingly every damn snap and without question the route tree was far too dependent upon having 3.5 seconds of time in the pocket for routes to execute- and he's doing the same damn shit to Young in Carolina.
