That Colts defense has played well this year, ESPECIALLY considering how bad the offense has been overall ...... a team's offense can affect the defense in that if they don't have long-sustained drives, it forces the defense to be out there playing longer and more often. Time-of--possession and/or the number of plays that an offense runs from scrimmage is important, unless you have Dan Marino putting up 35 or more points-per-game. o
