The last time that the Cincinnati Bengals won a playoff game, Boomer Esiason was their starting quarterback, and they were just 2 years removed from a Super Bowl appearance against Joe Montana's San Francisco 49ers. In those 1990 playoffs, the Bengals beat the Houston Oilers in the Wildcard playoff game.
