For a new administration I wouldn’t want that out. Come draft time next year teams may know what they value better and can out maneuver them for players they like. That’s the biggest consequence I can think of.

They seem to have a higher value on floor than a lot of teams, amongst them the Colts. Valuing floor is the quickest and easiest way to arrive at Phillips over Paye, as Phillips is a lot more polished and technically sound coming into the league than Paye is, especially when it comes to pass rush.
