There are several Eagles players that have commented on the trade and wished him well in Indy.

On Thursday, RT Lane Johnson told 6ABC’s Jeff Skversky that he thinks Wentz will do well when he reunites with Colts head coach Frank Reich. Reich was the Eagles offensive coordinator for two seasons, including the 2017 season that saw Wentz throw for 3,296 yards, 33 touchdowns, and seven interceptions before tearing his ACL.

“Man I’m happy for him,” Johnson told Skversky. “He and Frank are really close, and they have good chemistry.”
