Chatting with Colts LT Bernhard Raimann, who reveals he's gained around 15 pounds (presumably muscle) so far this offseason. Says he still feels pretty nimble on his feet. Good news for the Colts' power run game, obviously.

Raiman looks bigger and better than last year. God's be praised! But the main thing in my mind after watching that video is the receivers need to catch the damn ball!
