I will bet this, the Colts will not pursue Julio Jones. Nobody, and I mean nobody knows the Colts like us Freaks do. It is not in Ballard's DNA to go after someone like Julio Jones and the cap hit he would cost us, not to mention whatever draft pick he would have to give up.
Personally, I'm excited about our WR group. If Campbell can stay healthy, this will be a scary group. Like Luck4Reich said that would be a Griggs move, Ballard is too smart for that BS.
