I agree but think it's an even bigger reflection of him just not being very bright. It seems his whole risk/reward evaluations are just way off. On the one hand he makes very risky decisions that have a very low probability of success (ex: fake punt against Patriots). On the other, he is cowardly conservative (no real tackling during training camp) even though there's the opportunity to mitigate injury risk and there's virtually 100 percent certainty that players will Actually Improve when they practice what they need to do during game time before they actually get to game time. SMH.....I believe that Ballard is smart enough to realize that Pagano is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Can't imagine he's back even if we win the South.
