Pulled Pork:
4 lbs bone-in pork shoulder
Night before, rub with:
Tablespoon of
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayanne
Smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
1/2 cup brown sugar
Wrap in saran wrap and leave in refrigerator over night.
Cook uncovered in oven at 275 for 8 hours.
Shred with forks, discard large pieces of fat.
If desired mix in BBQ sauce with shredded pork and put back in oven for 20 min.
