That's odd, I went
here and sorted by worst winning percentage, couldn't find Pagano in the top 100. I just don't understand how he could be the worst coach in NFL history if he doesn't even own one of the 100 worst winning percentages in NFL history (among 177 qualifiers in NFL history).
