I see the Colts as having...
WR1 - Hilton, obviously
WR2 - Cain is the only on-roster possibility to fit this role, and even then, you're asking a lot for a guy who's never played a NFL down to come back and be WR2 caliber
WR3 - (I don't really know if this team has a slot receiver on its roster, tbh. Maybe Pascal made a recent case, but to me, your slot is usually a crisp-route runner who can make contested catches over the middle. We've seen instances of good route-running and good hands from Pascal ... but we've also seen at least 2 INTs result from passes bouncing off Pascal's hands, so who knows?)
WR4 - The glut of players on the roster: Pascal, Inman, etc. Basically: possession receivers who can sit in a zone and catch passes from an accurate QB, but who can't be asked to generate anything on their own talent.
WR5 - Chester Rogers. The difference between WR4/5 probably isn't hugely meaningful, but this is where I'd stick specialists who bring little to the field even as a possession target.
Jury out on - Reece Fountain. We just don't know. He could be a WR4/5 next year or he could be a camp cut.
I'm into the idea of Hilton/Cain/Pascal/and whoever wins the camp battle between Inman-Fountain (you could bring back Inman for nothing) returning, and adding 1 FA + 1 draft pick.
