Yeah, that's the narrative trying to be spun. Of course reasonable thinking would suggest that you don't need to have elite athleticism to be a coach, GM, etc., so NFL FO and coaching positions should mostly reflect national demographics just like any other profession. Of course there's not a lot of reasonable thinking when it comes to these sorts of things...........

Although to be fair to Flores and his lawsuit - it is super ricockulous that guys like McDickface are getting 2nd chances before guys like Flores, Marvin Lewis, etc.
