So if the Titans had lost tonight, it would not have changed the equation that the Colts need to make the postseason ....... win their 2 remaining games and at get at least 1 loss by either the Steelers or the Ravens, and/or 2 losses by the Texans.

Mostly irrelevant. A loss tonight and Tenn would be eliminated and would have nothing to play for next week.
