If he is not in the lineup we dont win. Plain and simple.... Now with the next couple of picks I expect a RB for Mack to compliment. Which will take more pressure off of Luck
Ballard did not ignore the Oline in FA. He was smart enough to not over pay. He has an olineman that will be locked in for 5 yrs... It was a safe no brained pick.
Protect Luck run the ball.
Ballard drafted and added in FA a lot on D last yr. They will be factors in the starting lineup now that Pagshit is gone and they have a new vision on D. I am sure Eberfus has evaluated the current players and has put in his evaluations.
THink about it like this..... Dallas spent multiple draft picks putting together an outstanding line and even made an over rated Dam Prescott look good.
If we cant run the ball we will never be a SB contending team.
