i'm interested in what your thought are on the coaching staff that has been hired. I like where they seem to be going. If you remember pagano came in with a ton of experienced coaches. Guys with previous head coaching experience. Reich is going with youth. People who havn't made a name for themselves yet. Hopefully enthusiastic and with new fresh ideas. I like that reich doesn't seem to need someone to hold his hand and will be in charge of a bunch of less experienced dudes. This is already way more interesting and fun than the last couple of years. It's good to be a colt fan again.
