I never said finding a QB is unique to Ballard. I said more than half the league is usually looking for one. Only like a third has the position settled. The rest are trying out a young kid or they are forced to play a vet.
A mentor isn’t going to fix AR. And not every QB wants to be a mentor, you have to find a guy willing to do it. Ballard sits down with the coaches to decide the roster, it’s a group decision. GM’s don’t set the depth chart, that’s a coaches job. Your football knowledge is surface level.
