Grigson didn't get fired by the Vikings. Shockingly, the team
wanted him to stick around...although in a different role.
They did strip him of his Assistant GM title so that the new GM could select his own Asst GM's.
So instead of accepting the new role with the Vikings, Grigson called up his buddy Andrew Berry and asked him for a job with the Browns.
