He won't sign a franchise tag, unless he really loves the Colts organization, fans and community.
He will get offered a multi year deal elsewhere. He will in all likelihood get offers from the Cardinals, Steelers, Raiders and Jests.
Then, what are our options if we lose him? Give the man 40 million a year and cal it a day.
