Who's under the most pressure: ) General manager Chris Ballard
He is entering his 9th season and has just two playoff appearances and one postseason victory. The Colts have never won the AFC South under his guidance. Much of Ballard's tenure was upended by the sudden retirement of franchise quarterback Andrew Luck in 2019, but the botched QB moves after Luck's departure have hurt the franchise.
