The Colts have wallowed in mediocrity since the moment Andrew Luck up and quit in August of 2019. That is the singular event that started all of this. The team should have been blown up, and total rebuild started, way back then. It wasn't, and here we are. It HAS to be blown up and rebuilt now. If it isn't, don't expect anything to improve. Things will probably get worse. Flame away.
