I’m not sure that I blame Steichen as much as I blame Ballard. Ballard is obsessed with building a team full of the best athletes, at the expense of guys who can actually play, and/or guys with character.

There are no Gary Bracketts, or Mike Adams, or Cory Reddings, on this roster.

The Colts have culture ...... that culture is being a perennially middling team, just good enough to keep the fans hoping for a low-seed playoff berth until late in the season, and just bad enough to not be a bona-fide contender that is capable of making a deep playoff run.
