This is where I'm torn. I like Richardson, and I have seen a change since the benching. But, as of now, I can't say if that has been a positive change. The results would probably show that it has been positive, and I can see that.

My concern is that AR doesn't look like he's having fun, that the grind is wearing on him, and that he's become more robotic. My hope is that he can find a happy medium and blossom into a guy where everything flows naturally.

The kid is only 22 years old and he the weight of the Colts world and a family world on his shoulders.

I just hope that we don't ruin another potentially great QB like we have in the past.
