Blowing smoke after the fact? Real? I don't know but, while AR might proove us all wrong, they had to have seen the issues he had and know that correcting them was not a certainty but a possibility.
Sigh....I just hate that we have to march in place year after year since Luck retired because we just do not have the right guy at QB. There are so few quality QBs in the league at any one time and if you don't have one of them...

Ballard has such a hard on for RAS scores that I wouldn't doubt that AR was #1 on his board and that AR's red flags were probably not a concern for Ballard .
